TRANSACTION FEE GUIDELINES

PayBev has guidelines for how program investments and expenses are processed through the financial platform. In some cases, additional fees may apply.

 

INVESTMENT PROCESSING FEES

Program investment fees are processed according to the rate stated in your promotional services agreement. The minimum process fee does not apply to accounts that have fixed monthly fee agreements.

Minimum Process Fee               $100 per invoice    OR    50% of the invoice amount (WHICHEVER IS LESS)

Vendor Payment options and timelines

  • Standard Payments are sent by mail, EFT or credit card (based on vendor’s payment options). They are typically paid or delivered within 3-5 business days of the approval of the request

  • Rush Payments are guaranteed to be paid or delivered within 48 hours of the approval of the request (not including weekends or holidays). Rush payments carry a $50 fee that is added to the transaction

  • Wire Payments are guaranteed to be sent within 24 hours of the approval of the request (not including weekends or banking holidays). Wire payments carry a $50 fee that is added to the transaction

  • Any Payment that is cancelled, returned or requires reissuing (based on the vendor information submitted in PayBev™ or on the invoice) will carry a $50 fee that will be added to the transaction

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs or penalties associated with late payments
